Plan & Budget Management
Fail to plan and you plan to fail - this opinion is highly likely in multi asset system of facility, interacting with local and international vendors, resourcing parts with long lead times or coordination of shutdown access to production equipment. Besea Business Component is designed to support Maintenance and Engineering functions for different facility operating models.
The Business Component consists of Supply Chain System and Planning Subcomponent.
Supply Chain subcomponent is designed to provide complete work resourcing solution, including support to order parts and external services for work requests which originated from maintenance or project process. The order system may be also used as a standalone tool to manage warehouse material and reorder parts when low stock levels are reached.
The planning subcomponents includes a planning and budget features when the budget transaction approves the maintenance or project expenditure and the Plan is a coordination tool to ensure that approved resources are spent efficiently.
All business activities are designed to support operations, maintenance and projects to ensure low cost and low carbon operations.

Budget

Budget Plan is a register of proposed expenditures for a given fiscal period. The funds are allocated to specific cause and the cost profile is time bound. Approval of Financial Budget will also have impact on Carbon Budget. The budget items can be operational, maintenance, warehousing and projects related. All budget request buy products and services to ensure business continuity.

Plan

Operation plans are used to combine multiple facility work requests which share common isolation scheme, geographical area or skill set. The plans can include work request, work calls and engineering modifications which can be completed under single campaign execution plan to ensure efficiency.

Orders

Financial Order is transfer of value between two parties internal or external. Business operational, maintenance, engineering or warehousing activities may require external services or parts to complete assigned task. The Order Request is a tool to manage transfer of goods and services from the supplier to the request originator.
